Maybe you’ve felt it…the magical shift that comes with the changing of the season. It usually happens right after Labor Day. And since Labor Day is just over a week away, it’s time to get ready. As small business owners it’s crucial to prepare for the shift in how customers spend their time and money.
So what do you need to do to be ready? Do customers really act differently as they come out of summer mode? Pat is sharing 3 ways to prepare your business for fall.
